“Tomsk Cable Factory” is introducing a group of cable products of an own trade mark TOFLEKS. TOFLEKS products meet all the requirements of incoming inspection of the most demanding customer. According to the characteristics and indices of fire hazard and operating reliability, cables of this group excel in existing imported analogues and domestic analogues at Russian market.

There are different TOFLEKS cables:

Installation pairwise construction cables TOFLEKS M

These cables are intended for the connecting up to stationary electric devices, instruments, machines with nominal alternating voltage up to 500V of alternating frequency current up to 400Hz or direct voltage up to 750V.

Universal installation cables TOFLEKS M

These cables are intended for the connecting up to stationary electric devices, instruments, machines with nominal alternating voltage up to 660V of alternating frequency current up to 400Hz or direct voltage up to 1000V.

Paired cables for high-speed data transmission TOFLEKS KV

These cables are intended for data transmission in measuring, control and adjusting equipment in frequency range up to 1MHz and also for connecting up to stationary electric devices, instruments, machines with nominal alternating voltage up to 660V of alternating frequency current up to 50Hz or direct voltage up to 1000V.

Power and control cables TOFLEKS RV

Power cables TOFLEKS RV are intended for the transmission and allocation of electricity in nets onto nominal alternating voltage 1kV of nominal frequency 50 Hz in case of stationary layer, control cables TOFLEKS RV are intended for the connecting up to instruments and switchgears with nominal alternating voltage up to 0,66kV of frequency 100Hz. Power Cables TOFLEKS RV correspond in packaging, technical characteristics and operating characteristics to international standard MEK60502-1.

TOFLEKS RV cables with ethylene propylene rubber insulation are employed for transmission and allocation of electricity at oil-extracting enterprises, in highly explosive zones of all classes. This cable mark sustains excessive current loads and is an analogue of imported cross-linked polyethylene cable with extra advantages, such as flexibility, excessive fire safety, low temperature durability and moisture absorption.

The quality of this product is has been confirmed by certificates of correspondence to Custom unit and certificates in GAZPROMCERT system. The products have already been delivering to the largest Russian enterprises and “SIBURa” was one of the first enterprises.
