UNAKO-TASHKENT as a solution for inter-regional cooperation

Opening of LLC «UNAKO-TASHKENT» is a logical continuation of the strategic lines of the Group of Companies "UNAK" in the expansion of activities in friendly countries in Asia, where there is a potential portfolio of orders. As previously reported, the Group Company opened a similar venture in Astana (Kazakhstan). Bet on interregional cooperation with the CIS countries the company has made long before the enlargement of the Customs Union of the Eurasian Economic Community, as the analysis of the electricity market, in particular, Middle and Central Asia showed high potential and capacity. In Kazakhstan, the Group of Companies "UNAK" involved the equipping large-scale projects for the redistribution of power. This is the "North-South" (1500 km of high-voltage transmission lines), "North-West" (730km), "Eastern transit" (1500 km). Among the projects there is railway connecting the countries of the Middle East.
