Expanding capacities for the production of SIP "Kamkabel" factory wires

On March 2015 the latest German and Spanish equipment for the manufacture of self-supporting insulated wire for power transmission lines were launched at the "Kamkabel".

Taking into account the running power equipment, the company will produce wires more than 50,000 km per year, which would be enough to provide 25% of the Russian energy needs.

In addition, fulfilling the wishes of consumers, it is possible to supply customers with insulated wires of 22 types on reels. This will significantly reduce the number of connections due to increased length of the individual segments, and thus, reduce the cost and logistics of connection fittings.

The total investment amounted about 100 million Rubles.
