Two Chinese technoparks will appear in Moscow

During the visit of the 32nd World conference of scientific parks and innovative territories IASP, which took place in Peking, the delegation of the authorities of Moscow led negotiations with the Chinese developing builders of technoparks. At the meeting the sided discussed perspectives of appearance of two specialized territories in the capital of Russia- technoparks “Yan Tan” and Z-Park.

Head of the department of science, industrial policy and enterprising of Moscow Oleg Bocharov emphasized that Moscow is going to offer investors two lands and collaboration with one of the capital technoparks. Participants of the meeting discussed realization of a pilot project on a land of 80 thousand square meters, which is near Varshavskoye Highway. According to Oleg Bocharov's words, building of the technoparks is going to begin in 2016.

The delegation of the authorities of Moscow also visited the largest technoparks in the capital of China. Besides the scientific park Zhongguancun Science Park, which became the main platform of the conference, Tsinghua University Science Park (TusPark), Haidian Science Park, Hi-tech International Business Incubator (HTIBI) Рё Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Science Park opened their doors for the visitors from Moscow,

Oleg Bocharov met the leadership of the leading technological parks of Peking and the largest resident companies.In his presentation Oleg Bocharov drew special attention to the fact that in Moscow there were 208 industrial zones, situated on a territory of more than 7,5 thousand hectare. He invited Chinese businessmen to appraise perspectives of development of specialized territories themselves.

Nowadays in Moscow 19 specialized territories work ( the status of the 11 of them have been confirmed with the resolution of the Moscow government, the other 8 have passed an interdepartmental commission on awarding of a status): 17 technoparks and 2 technopolises (by the beginning of the year there were just 6 technoparks and 1 technopolis) and by 2017 their quantity will reach the number of 60.
