110 kV cable line "K-128", "K-129" are commissioned

Commissioning and tests of a new 110 kV cable line, built under the project of "Lenenergo" "Reconstruction of 6-110 kV cable lines in parts of KL 110 kV "K-128","129 K" are cmpleted.

In this project, our company has supplied 110 kV cable laying underwater production of «Prysmian Group» in the amount of 10.5 km (6 construction lengths to 1750 meters), as well as performed work on the chief supervision of laying the cable.

The starting point of the cable line 110 kV substation switchgear is "Baltic» в„–14, located on the Oblique line of Vasilievsky Island. Next CL runs along the bottom of the Bolshaya Neva river and the final destination of the CL 110 is ORU 110kV Substation "White stranded» в„–238, situated on the island of White. White Island is a small artificial island located on the left side of the mouth of the Neva River. The Central WWTP "Vodokanal" is the largest complex of sewage treatment plants in St. Petersburg Located on the island.

The aim of the project is to ensure the reliability of electricity Central Wastewater Treatment Plant, as well as to provide uninterrupted service to the population and sewerage companies in St. Petersburg.

Complexity of the project lies in the fact that the cable is routed using the method of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) under the river Neva Big one length of 1750 meters and passes under two fairways through which the Court is held in the seaport city.
