How did the idea to create your own brand appear? How did you go to translate this vision into reality?

The idea of ​​creating its own brand was  in the air for a long time, but when the leadership of the Civil Termocool ripe for this project appeared, all clearly understood that it would be desirable to create, to avoid deficiencies, and to aspire it -  own experience prompted much. I wanted to create a brand that would differ in uncompromising quality. Then developed a plan, and began to act consistently. A sequence, as they say, confirms the reliability of our brand. If our actions are consistent, we begin to trust.

How much time has passed since the emergence of the idea of ​​creating their own brand to its realization

The task was not easy. To find a suitable cable manufacturer took about a year. I had to shovel a lot of information, statistics, learn from the experience of competitors, and had to go to small compromises. As a result, we opted for the Turkish producers and ERSE Kablo KABTEK Kablo, which met all our requirements - quality materials, the latest technology, and the best time of manufacture. What do you mean under own brand

And it's not pretentious words; it is the reality of life. That is the significance, a constant reciprocal process - first you make the effort to help someone, in return you get an assessment, etc. And to really interest the customer, the distributor should know what somebody needs  whom he so ardently persuades . It is first. And secondly, it is desirable that before the beginning of the conversation, the client has already had the belief that the person with whom he now speaks is in a position to give him what he really needs.

Did you face with the doubts inthe success of the project?

There were pessimists who said: "Try it! Hardly it happens! " Certainly, there were disappointments, as in any other business. The main difficulty we encountered was that we had to create not only a new brand TK FLEXTRONIC, but to promote it at the electrical market, it is no secret that the price of imported goods above the national. But also the quality of imported goods is the highest, the pros are obvious during installation and operation, so clients will gladly pass on this brand.

What are the stages of the process of running the brand TK FLEXTRONIC

The first and most important step is training and information gathering. The quality of raw data about the market and the audience (consumer) depends on the life force of the brand. Therefore, we have carefully studied the competitors, their respective logos, design, advertising, their trade offers (range of services, their cost, especially the service) and the target audience (who are guided on whom to call).
