May 26, 2013, ABB, the leading power equipment for power and automation, held the exhibition Electro 2014 devoted to the professionals in industry of unique novelties. Experts of the company presented the latest solutions, ensuring high reliability, safety, energy efficiency and investment attractiveness of the civil and commercial construction.

Among the latest developments ABB exhibitors met with the long-awaited premiere of the year - a distribution of the system System pro E Power that helps  to build main switchboards.

This is the single solution for power distribution in urban infrastructure and industrial plants. The new system is fully compatible with all electrical devices, ABB low voltage, such as MCBs System pro M, circuit breakers Tmax, Emax air circuit breakers and 2 others.
At the heart of these frameworks the new cabinets rugged profile lies ,using laser welding. The number of elements for the carcass is large, but by means of them up to 120 different variants of the cells can be collected. Interior of the cabinet can be divided by partitions and divided into functional compartments so as to achieve any form of partition - from 1 to 4b. Reduced number of parts saves warehousing costs, but it does not affect the capacity of the system, as the details are universal, and one and the same element can be used to build several nodes in the GCC. This advantage allows you to quickly learn the system and not spend a lot of time working with the catalog in the design. Thus, convenience and safety in operation, speed or ease of assembly elements selection are criteria for proper selection of a new distribution system System pro E Power ABB.

Other energy-efficient innovation is AF series contactors. "The unique technology of the AF significantly reduces power consumption. ABB engineers managed to achieve amazing results - electromagnetic contactor system that now uses 80% less energy. Application of innovative AF contactors with electronic control system reduces power consumption contactor in 3 times, compared with widespread traditional market for electrical contactors. Using new advanced technology, even in such simple devices as contactors, ABB aims to help customers achieve maximum economy and significantly improve the reliability of any installation.

Among other novelties are new S-Series with switch housing technology Easy Connect, providing wiring 2x (0.5 .. 1.5) mm ² rigid or flexible with ferrules without them. Connection and commissioning electronic relays now is easier and faster.

Also new plug-in terminals of SNK series for connection of conductors up to 16 mm ² attracted the attention, which combine two connection technologies in one product, take up less space and prevent errors during installation, allowing you to reduce up to 50% of the time. With all these advantages terminals can significantly save on the cost of projects.

In addition to new products, ABB has demonstrated a number of vehicles assembled in Russia - namely, the line cam switches for currents up to 63A and solutions ABP in a metal case for currents up to 2500A.

Two years ago the local assembly of cam switches opened in Russia. This succeeded in significantly reducing production time machines. Assembly area is certified to the highest standards, which allows to obtain devices with high performance in the shortest time. The possibility of the local assembly of the switches individual schemes is of special note, which allows us to offer a simple solution to complex problems.
ATS in Box is a new product for the Russian market, which combines all the necessary elements to create ATS installed in a metal housing with protection to IP54. The door displays elements, and the case protects personnel from contact with live parts while protecting equipment from harmful environmental influences. Such decisions demand DSU manufacturers, industry, civil and commercial construction.

The exhibition also has not left indifferent and professionals in the field of interior and design.

On May 26, the premiere presentation from manufacturers ABB - Busch-Jaeger Elektro was held, which was created specifically for the Russian market.

When developing a new premium product with a noble and spotless name DYNASTY ® all needs and requirements of the major market participants are taken into account - partners and their sales representatives, architects and designers, installers and designers. A stylistic element series DYNASTY ® is a beautiful scarlet flower, so passionately loved by a young age all of us.

Of course, ABB engineers did not left technology "smart home". The exhibition presented new sensors intelligent installation system ABB i-bus KNX. Top German quality is now organically combined with unsurpassed Spanish design series wiring accessories - Zenit. Sensors received the original appearance, and a huge variety of combinations of textures and colors. The sensors are available in four classic colors - White, Anthracite, Silver and Champagne, and a large selection of frames made of high quality Spanish steel, tempered glass, natural wood and warm relic stone allows them to enter into any interior and realize the most daring ideas designers. Sensors ABB i-bus KNX Zenit are the devices capable of lifting any interior to a whole new level of comfort, safety and convenience. Mode "ECO" will be a great addition to the standard functionality of intelligent building management from ABB.
