Roundtable Discussion “Russian Power Grid Sector: Strategy and Its Legal Provision”

On March 24, 2014 the Committee for Economic Policy of the Federation Council arranges a roundtable discussion “Russian Power Grid Sector: Strategy and Its Legal Provision”, the agenda of which includes issues of strategic development of the power grid sector of the Russian Federation, problems related to operation of infrastructural organizations and their solutions, issues of territorial planning and construction of new power grid facilities, long-term regulation of the grid sector as well as issues of technological development of the country’s power grid sector.

The roundtable discussion will be attended by representatives of federal authorities, government authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, grid companies, guaranteeing suppliers and energy sales organizations as well as representatives of business and expert communities.

The magazine “ELECTRIC POWER. Transmission and Distribution”, represented by its Editorial Board and Editorial Staff members, as well as managers, will participate in arranging the event.
