United Electric Grid will invest 3.5 billion rubles in the development of power grid facilities of the western suburbs

Moscow United Electric Grid Company in the west suburbs has commissioned more than 680 km of lines of different voltage classes and more than 171 MVA of transformer capacity. The costs for construction , modernization and upgrade of the western branch of Moscow United Electric Grid is $ 2.6 billion.

Nowadays a large-scale reconstruction in substations ( SS ) 110 kV "Odintsovo" and " Naro –Fominsk is continued ." Moreover the specialists replant the existing 110 kV overhead lines to transit the capacity from 750 kV " Gribovo ". In order to increase capacity and improve the quality of power supply 110 kV "Luch - Pernatovo - Yadroshino ." has been updated.

The new stages of reconstruction at 110 kV " Dedovo " and " Daryino " in Istra and Odintsovo districts of the Moscow region has been set. All work is carried out according to plan and without turning off consumers.

Totally in 2013 in the development of power grid facilities of the western suburbs Moscow United Electric Grid plans to invest 3.5 billion rubles – 10 000 000 $. Interventions focused on providing high-quality electricity supply and reliability of electricity in the Moscow region.
