Medvedev has changed the plan “The increasing of availability of energy infrastructure”

The prime-minester of Russia Dmitriy Medvedev ordered to change the plan(road map) “The increasing of availability of energy infrastructure”. This was informed by RF Government web-site.

Taking into account the practice of implementation of the roadmap for the past year, the document clarifies the content of a number of activities that involve:

-    The improvement of rules of technological connection to energy network and development of conditions to reduce the deadlines and stages of it
-    The improvement of mechanism of free power distribution
-    The decline of costs on technological connection
-    The implement of new standards information opening according to the technological connection
-    The effectiveness improvement of given network resources usage

Plan activities are complemented by an indication of the type of document, the introduction of which was made by the Government of the Russian Federation, after federal authorities provided it following  each activity. The document also specifies deadlines for the activities of the plan.
The taken decisions will help to successfully realize activities to increase energy infrastructure availability for energy consumers and the improvement of its servicing by electricity organizations.
