The group of companies “Meridian” has won a tender of building a cable line 110 kV “Krestovskaya-Vasilyeostrovskaya” in St.Petersburg. The customer is OJSC “Lenenergo”. The sum of money of the contract is more than 830 million rubles. The end of works is going to be at the end of 2016.

During the building of the object specialists of the company will fulfil a laying out of two cable lines 110 kV from the substation 330 kV “Vasilyeostrovskaya” to the substation 110 kV “Krestovskaya”. According to the project a part of the route will be laid at the bottom of the Neva Bay of the Gulf of Finland. The length of the crossing will be 950 meters. Each line will be more than 3 km long.

According to the words of executive manager of the group of companies “Meridian” Aleksey Maksimikhin accumulated experience of the company in realization of such projects allows to guarantee high standards of quality. “The building of the cable line 110 kV “Krestovskaya-Vasilyeostrovskaya” is a big object not only from the point of view of the increase of reliability of power supply of the city, but it is also connected with the fact that St.Petersburg has been preparing for the reception of 2018 FIFA World Cup, so the quality of power engineering infrastructure gains special importance.
