“Rosseti” and “Oboronenergo” have concluded an agreement of realization of United technical policy

General Director of OJSC “Oboronenergo” Andrey Luckin and General Director of OJSC “Rosseti” Oleg Budargin concluded an agreement of joining of OJSC “Oboronenergo” to United technical policy of OJSC “Rusnets” at the International military and technical forum “Army-2015”, which opened on June 16th 2015 in Cubincka (Moscow Region).

OJSC “Oboronenergo” has become the first electric grid company that joined United technical policy of OJSC “Rosseti'.

“It is the first agreement between two partners, that rule an electric grid complex professionally. This agreement is directed to realization of common standards and approaches to technical solutions during the use and management of electric nets. Such a step is of course important for setting things in order in the field of transport of electric power and it will allow to lead the network complex to a necessary level of reliability and power safety very fast”, head of “Rosseti” Oleg Budargin noticed.

According to the agreement OJSC “Oboronenergo” will act in accordance with the “Regulation of United technical policy in the electric grid complex OJSC “Rosseti” while interaction and and carrying out functions of maintenance and management of electric nets.

Within the bounds of realization of the Agreement the joint development of innovative technologies  and power equipment will be put into practice, so the high level of reliability and efficiency of functioning of the electric grid complex will be provided in a short-term and long-term perspective in proper industrial and ecological safety.

“This is not the first and absolutely not the last joint document which is directed to the development of electric grid complex and the rise of reliability of customers' power distribution. We have discussed a possibility of provision some customers by using sun and wind generation. In the nearest future we will prepare concrete suggestions on this topic”, Andrey Luckin said.

A signature of the agreement of joining OJSC “Oboronenergo” with United technical policy of OJSC “Rosseti” is the next step in the development of the companies' collaboration. In May 2014 OJSC “Oboronenergo” and OJSC “Rosseti” concluded an agreement of the interaction in provision objects of the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation with reliable power distribution and creation of conditions for their technological joining to electrical transmission networks.
