    Enel signs 85 MW of capacity storage agreements in US with Pacific Gas and Electric
    Enel S.p.A. (Enel), through its US renewables company Enel Green Power North America, Inc. (EGPNA), signed three Capacity Storage Agreements (CSA) with California utility Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for a total capacity of 85 MW/340 MWh. Under the agreements, Enel will build the Kingston, Cascade, and Sierra stand-alone lithium-ion energy storage projects, which will all be located in California.

    Enel will build 593 MW of wind capacity in Mexico following renewable tender win
    Enel S.p.A. ("Enel"), acting through its renewable energy subsidiary Enel Rinnovabile S.A. de C.V. (ERinnovabile), has been awarded the right to sign a number of contracts in Mexico to supply energy and clean certificates with four wind projects for a total capacity of 593 MW in the countrys third long-term public tender since its energy reform. The award follows Enels success in the two previous tenders, once again confirming its position as the largest renewable player in Mexico in terms of installed capacity and project portfolio.

    Prysmian launches Factory 4.0 project with Dassault Systèmes
    Prysmian Group announced the launch of its first Factory 4.0 pilot project in its optical cable plant in Calais, France. The project, named Fast Track, represents a step forward in the implementation of the Prysmian Groups Fast Forward Operations programme aimed at creating smarter plants leveraging on the interaction between digital knowledge and human expertise.
