New insulators “Global Insulator Group” correspond to international standards

In the company “Global Insulator Group” production of new kinds of polymeric insulators with a trade mark GIG Polymer has been mastered. All of them have successfully passed the tests in the world laboratories.

A part of novelties are intended for the use in a contact grid of electrified railways. These are insulators of the following types: NSK, PSK, FSK, KSK for 3kV and 25kV voltage. Output of line suspended insulators of a 70kN class for 10-220kV voltage and 120kN, 160kN, 210kN, 300kN classes for up to 765kV voltage has been organized. Insulators of an OSK type for distributing devices for electric 110-400kV stations and substations have been inculcated in the production.

“All the mastered types of insulators have successfully passed the tests on correspondence to international, Russian, interstate standards in VEIKI-VNL laboratories and other certified test centers. This fact has proved again high quality of released products”, board member DENIS TASACKOV commented.
