3M Company is the ideal employer in Russia according to Universum

The company was included in  the Russian rating of ideal employers Universum Top 100 2013, published by a leading international company in the field of HR-branding Universum.

The Rating «Top 100 Ideal Employers' is compiled by Universum annually on the results of large-scale surveys among students from leading universities around the world. From December 2012 to March 2013 more than 10,500 students participated in the interrogations representing 72 of the largest university of the country. The results of this study are important for Russia's largest companies, as they fully reflect the degree of their attractiveness as employers and the real situation on the labor market.

Universum experts pointed out that the Russian students choosing a future employer pay the greatest importance to such factors as career opportunities, decent salary and stability. In the current top list of ideal employers, 3M took up positions in the categories "Business" and «IT».

"According to Universum research, the main purpose of the career for students is the ability to have secure employment, challenging and interesting assignments and professional development opportunities.
